Yes! If you need a copy of your visit notes to share with your primary care physician, follow these steps:

1. Go to the TimiCare Portal and login
2. Go to the "Consultation History" in the main menu
3. Select the “QA” icon for the consultation date you need. You can now view the notes from any of your visits in TimiCare and also have the option to send your notes as a PDF to your email.
