Troubleshooting Fitbit

If you have read and completed the steps to connect your Fitbit app to TimiFiT and the data is still not syncing, find out the most common reasons here:

  • The authorization time from Fitbit has expired so Fitbit is no longer allowing the data to be shared, you can reconnect your Fitbit to TimiFiT – we recommend selecting allow for 1 year.
  • An issue occurs within the Fitbit cloud and data is not being tracked – we recommend closing the Fitbit app and opening again.
  • If you have checked all of the above and the steps are not syncing, we recommend removing the device connection on TimiFiT and reconnecting.
