If you have read and completed the steps to connect your Fitbit app to TimiFiT and the data is still not syncing, find out the most common reasons here:
- The authorization time from Fitbit has expired so Fitbit is no longer allowing the data to be shared, you can reconnect your Fitbit to TimiFiT – we recommend selecting allow for 1 year.
- An issue occurs within the Fitbit cloud and data is not being tracked – we recommend closing the Fitbit app and opening again.
- If you have checked all of the above and the steps are not syncing, we recommend removing the device connection on TimiFiT and reconnecting.
